The Altar of Zeus: The site that St. John denounced as the “throne of satan.” Pergamon is one of the Seven Churches of Revelation. 

Asklepion: The renowned medical center of the Ancient world noted for its treatment of many famous personages. Physician Galen, who was born in Pergamon, also treated gladiators at this center.
