Suleymaniye Mosque: Ranking as one of the masterpieces of the famous Ottoman architect Sinan, this mosque was built in the name of Suleiman the Magnificent during the 16th century.

Divine Savior in Chora - (Kariye Museum): Originally built as the primary structure of a Byzantine monastery complex, today only the church --dedicated to Jesus Christ the Savior-- has survived. Visitors today flock to this church to see its exquisitely beautiful frescoes.

Grand Bazaar:
